1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and sk77 ("sk77," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sk77.club ("Platform," "Site," "Service").

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sk77 or any affiliated software provider.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntarily imposed gambling ban, whether with sk77 or any other operator.
• You must hold only one active account on the sk77 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

sk77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification. Pakistani users are required to complete identity verification using a valid CNIC or NICOP document before their first withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Registration & Security

All information provided during the sk77 account registration process must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. sk77 is entitled to close any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sk77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your sk77 account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sk77 support immediately via the live chat facility. sk77 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports but cannot accept liability for losses incurred through unauthorised access where the User failed to maintain adequate password security.

sk77 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close accounts that exhibit signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

sk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees).

All deposited funds are held for the purpose of gaming activity on sk77. sk77 does not pay interest on player account balances. Deposits credited to your account are available for wagering immediately following confirmation by the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests require identity verification (KYC) to have been completed on the account prior to processing. sk77 targets the following processing windows, which are not guaranteed:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically 15 to 45 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah): Same business day for requests submitted during business hours; next business day otherwise.

sk77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. sk77 may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sk77 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook risk-free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are valid for eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• sk77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses will remain enforceable.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• sk77 may limit the maximum win derived from any free bonus (no-deposit promotional credit) at its sole discretion.

6. Betting Rules & Game Play

All wagers placed on sk77 — whether on casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, or sports events including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets — are final once confirmed. sk77 does not permit the cancellation of accepted bets except where sk77 determines at its sole discretion that an error has occurred.

sk77 reserves the right to void bets and adjust settlements in the following circumstances:

• A technical error has affected the outcome of a game or market.
• Incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a system fault.
• An event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered in a way that affects the validity of related markets.
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or integrity issues is identified.

Game outcomes for RNG-based casino games and slot titles are determined by certified random number generators supplied by the respective software providers. sk77 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and equipment visible to players via video stream.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk77 platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on sk77.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using sk77 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Accessing sk77 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law where the User is aware of that prohibition.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate payment transactions with your payment provider after placing wagers on sk77.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sk77 platform — including but not limited to the sk77 brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game imagery, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sk77 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any licence or right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any sk77 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk77 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on sk77.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service disruption.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the sk77 platform.

sk77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from service outages. sk77's aggregate liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

sk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with access to the following tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your sk77 account.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with sk77 support, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where local consumer protection laws explicitly preserve a right to court action. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

sk77 does not make any representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them.
